Advanced Mathematics Teaching Group was registered as a qualified fundamental teaching organization in Henan Province in 2018, was recognized as an excellent fundamental teaching organization in Zhongyuan University of Technology in 2020, and was recognized as an excellent fundamental teaching organization in Henan Province in 2021. The team has 20 teachers, including 2 professors, 7 associate professors and 10 teachers with doctoral degrees.

The Advanced Mathematics course has entered the stage of rapid development. In 2021, the Advanced Mathematics course successfully applied for the course ideological and political model course of Zhongyuan University of Technology, and won the second prize of Excellent Online Teaching Course of Undergraduate Education in Henan Province, and the first prize of Excellent Online Teaching Course of Undergraduate Education of Zhongyuan University of Technology, the course of  Advanced Mathematics  was approved as a first-class undergraduate course construction project in Henan Province in 2020. In addition, the  Advanced Mathematics teaching group  has obtained many results, mainly include the teaching methods , teaching design, and so on,  hence the research project declaration, paper quantity and quality have made great progress. The teaching group undertakes 10 related  province teaching reform projects are approved,  17 related school teaching reform projects are approved, and 30 teaching research papers are published.
